Service Description

Get a 4 week training program that is personalized to your specific needs and training goals. This is best for individuals who have had experience with strength training and feel comfortable training on their own and at their own convenience. This training option includes a complementary training session where we will go over the different exercises in your training program and make sure you have a good handle on them. It is highly recommended that you spend some time training with Ben, either 1-on-1 or in a small group, before getting a personalized program so that you can get comfortable with how the programming works.
