AbouT: Ben Jones
Ben Jones is an East Bay Area native, born and raised in Berkeley, CA. He earned his bachelor of science in exercise science and played 4 years of collegiate baseball at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. Ben developed his love for strength and conditioning from his own experience in the college weight room. He is passionate about learning new and better methods of training to help his clients reach their goals.

Shortly after graduating from UPS, he earned his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). He is also a Certified Speed and Agility Coach through the NSPA (National Sports Performance Association). Ben has completed multiple high-level strength and conditioning internship programs in both the public and private sectors, gaining experience working with a wide range of individuals from top level division I collegiate and professional athletes to youth and elderly clients. He has had opportunities to work with the nationally ranked Saint Mary's College basketball team as well as with the San Jose Sharks. In addition to 510 Strength & Conditioning, Ben teaches strength and conditioning classes at 365 Academy of Baseball for high school and youth athletes.
