Welcome to the 1st post of the 510 Strength blog! My hope with this blog is to share my knowledge and opinions around strength and conditioning and fitness in general with you guys. Through these posts I'm hoping that I can spark discussion and debate on all the interesting and controversial topics surrounding the fitness industry and learn some things in the process. My plan is to get 1-3 new posts out per month with the content varying based on things that I'm reading and topics that are of particular interest to me. Expect to see a wide variety of content ranging from literature reviews, nutrition advice, healthy lifestyle tips and sport specific training. I don't claim to have all the answers to everything strength and conditioning related but I do have lots of opinions and am hoping that through this blog I can share those opinions and learn more about all the topics that interest me.
